Our Story
Rooted in Greece.
Growing for the World.
Where We Started
A passion rooted in the land.
Founded in 2010 by George Papadopoulos, the estate bears testament to a remarkable personal journey. A graduate of law at Aristotle University, George rose to serve as Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs — a distinguished tenure in Athens that also included service on the board of the Greek Football League.
Drawn by an enduring passion for the land and a desire to build something lasting, he returned to northern Greece and chose the fertile plains of Kilkis as the setting for his vineyard.
"Absolute respect for the ecosystem, with the human at its centre."
— George Papadopoulos
Building Our Vineyards
From open plains to cultivated land.
What began as open land in Terpillos was carefully transformed into a modern vineyard. Our privately owned vineyard occupies a plateau at 150 metres altitude, with sandy-clay loamy soils that yield grapes of intense colour, refined structure, and exceptional balance.
Anti-hail nets protect every vine, precision irrigation ensures consistent quality, and a fully integrated Building Management System oversees every facet of the estate's operations.
Expanding Our Production
From Kilkis to Komotini.
A profound love for viticulture has been passed to the next generation. Theodore and Afxentios Papadopoulos carry forward their father's legacy, blending inherited wisdom with forward-looking ambition.
Together, they expanded operations to a second estate at Aigeiros, Komotini — bringing the total cultivated area to 70 hectares across two of Northern Greece's finest agricultural regions.

Looking Beyond Production
Export, technology & sustainability.
Our vision extends beyond cultivation. We have invested in a 3,000m² on-site packing and cold-storage facility, automated sorting lines, and HACCP-compliant processes to meet the demands of international markets.
Through the integration of agrivoltaic technology, we are combining renewable energy generation with agricultural production — reducing operational costs while reinforcing our commitment to a sustainable future.
Looking Ahead
Growing for the world.
Our goal is to deliver premium Greek table grapes to reliable partners and markets around the world — building on a foundation of quality, sustainability, and respect for the land that has been entrusted to us.
